Free Access and Allowances
The service has no payment or subscription step. Viewing, editing, batch conversion and watermark-free exports are free within the displayed allowances.
Local drawing work
50 file tasks per day, resetting at midnight UTC. A new accepted open/create task or a new conversion counts once; ordinary editing, switching modes and downloading the same result again do not.
Files and batches
Each file may be up to 100 MB, where 100 MB means 100,000,000 bytes. A batch may contain up to 10 files and uses one task per file.
Sharing
Up to 5 successfully created links per day. A link normally expires after 7 days; revoking it does not restore that day’s allowance.
Cloud storage
100 MB of file storage per free account. Deleting a file releases its space.
API
100 accepted calls per account per day, across that account’s keys. This is separate from the browser allowance.
Your Drawings Stay Yours
You keep ownership of your drawings. You must have permission to open, process, upload and share the files you use. Choosing cloud storage or sharing permits us to process and retain the selected copy for that purpose, until it is deleted or expires.
Check the Result Before Relying on It
Confirm units, scale, dimensions, fonts, layers and geometry after an edit or conversion. Keep an original copy and reopen exported files in the software used by the recipient when compatibility matters.
A drawing tool does not certify a design for construction, manufacture or any other professional use. Responsibility for reviewing the design and its intended use remains with you.
Sharing and Stored Copies
Anyone holding a share link can view, measure and download its PDF copy while it is valid. Do not share confidential work with an unintended recipient. Local history is a device setting; cloud files belong to the account that saved them.
Accounts and API Keys
Keep sign-in credentials and API keys private. Do not use the service to access another person’s files, bypass limits or disrupt the site. Calls rejected before processing do not use a task; accepted tasks may use the allowance even if processing fails or you cancel.
Independent Service and Open-Source Components
CADEditor is independent of Autodesk and the ArtCraft team. AutoCAD and CADCraft are names of their respective products. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses; attribution is available on the About page.
